RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

If you would like to make a return, take a look at our policies below. We want to make sure you’re completely happy with your purchase. If there’s anything we can do to improve your experience, please contact us at (info@eddesignerbrands.com). You have (14 days) calendar days to return an item from the day you received it.

Return Policy
We will accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition, it was received. We do not accept returns for perishable items, intimate items, gift cards, downloadable products, and beauty items.

If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within (14 days) of the date you received your item.

Damaged Items
Using a proprietary packaging process, we ensure that more than 99.7% of packages arrive in the same flawless condition they left our warehouse.
In the unlikely event you receive a broken, incorrect, or mislabeled product, please file a claim with our support team within (5 days) of delivery via (email/link/any means you can be contacted). 
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund via voucher or bank transfer depending on your selected option, and this cannot be changed after the option has been registered by our CS Team. 

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.

If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within (10 working day). All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.

Exchanges
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. These items must meet our return criteria of being in a saleable condition upon return to E&D Designer Brands. Once the items are received and inspected by E&D Designer Brands, the items that need to be exchanged will be sent out to the customer. All shipping cost associated with exchanges is at the customer’s expense. Pleasewithin 30 days of receiving your product to begin the process.

Return Shipping
After you’ve submitted a return request to us, we might send you a PDF of a return shipping label. Please print it out and affix to your package. You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund if a return label is provided by us, otherwise you pay directly to return the products.

Shipping Costs
While we strive to have no mistakes, we realize that we are not perfect and mistakes do happen. If the wrong merchandise was shipped or the merchandise was defective, please let us know immediately and we will correct the situation at our expense. We will send the correct items along with a return label for shipping the incorrect items back to our warehouse. Unfortunately, we cannot issue shipping refunds on return items under any other circumstance. 

Insurance
If you’re shipping an item over $75, consider purchasing shipping insurance to ensure it arrives. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your item.

Late Returns 
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. 

Additional non-returnable items:

- Accessories (earrings)

-  Underwear 
- Gift cards 
- Downloadable software products 
- Some health and personal care items 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. An instructions on how to return order will be attached to your orders shipped to you. 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
